Boris Johnson's decision to force us to wear face nappies will kill the British high street

Daily Mail
The Government’s dedicated efforts to destroy our economy and an entire way of life have moved up a step. High streets had just begun to stir feebly back into life after months of enforced shutdown. Then the futile decree went out from Downing Street that customers must wear muzzles.
And what will happen? Why, more people will choose not to bother to go near shops at all. They will buy from the internet giants instead.......
Now Mr Johnson is destroying high streets too. This means the wreckage of lives and the impoverishment of life at the same time. As new figures clearly showed yesterday, his actions have already greatly boosted mail-order shopping at the expense of real shops.
If you think this does not matter, then do two things: find out about the working lives of those who toil in the vast computerised warehouses that so efficiently send you the goods you order with a click of your mouse; and imagine your own home town with most of its familiar traders closed down. Imagine what, if anything, will replace them, and the personal service and contact they provide.

Until Donald Trump, ‘nobody stood up’ to China

SkyNewsAustralia
US President Donald Trump is correct to call out China considering Beijing is openly flouting international law, according to Sky News contributor Cory Bernardi. It comes as President Trump ordered China to shut down its consulate in Houston within 72 hours following accusations of spy operations. Mr Bernardi said China has been active in growing cyber intrusions in the West, has militarized the South China Sea, and has contravened numerous international laws. “They’ve done it virtually unchallenged until Donald Trump came along,” he told Sky News host Peta Credlin. “Good on him for … saying that the Chinese cannot be part of the international community and act in contravention to so many codes.”

People cancelled, silenced and shot for saying 'all lives matter'

SkyNewsAustralia
People are being cancelled, losing their jobs, being silenced and being shot for saying “all lives matter”, Sky News host Rowan Dean says. “Increasingly we live in a kind of lefty through the looking glass topsy turvy world where common sense, reason and logic are twisted beyond recognition,” Mr Dean said. “It's the wacko logic that claims that to say, "all lives matter”, the most fundamental and inarguable statement about humanity, is somehow evil and racist." This comes after a woman, Jessica Whitaker, was shot dead for saying “all lives matter” in the US to a group of Black Lives Matter supporters. “The incident received scant media attention and the press only deigned to cover it after alleging that one of her friends had used the n-word, as if this justified her being murdered. “So do black lives, or indeed any lives, really matter to the neo-Marxist racists of the post-modern Left?," Mr Dean said. “And I say to all those woke corporations and teachers, weak-kneed politicians and sportspeople, dropping down on one knee as if in prayer or submission to an ideology filled with hatred for our democratic way of life, self-indulgent parents and others clamouring to mouth the platitudes of the black lives matter movement and teaching our children to do the same, be warned, you fools are playing footsies with a diabolical and deadly foe.”

Organisers of Black Lives Matter protests are not 'genuinely interested in getting rid of racism'

SkyNewsAustralia
Tasmanian Liberal Senator Eric Abetz says the organisers of the Black Lives Matter protests are more interested in establishing Marxism than they are in putting an end to racism. A group of 1000 Black Lives Matter protesters intends to rally together in Sydney Town Hall on Tuesday, despite authorities telling them not to. Prime Minister Scott Morrison has urged protestors to obey the law and not gather in large crowds in order slow the spread of COVID-19. “The Black Lives Matter organisers are deliberately defying health authorities, law and order authorities, because what they’re genuinely on about is not about getting rid of racism, something which we all deplore,” Mr Abetz told Sky News. “What they’re on about is seeking to destroy our Western Civilisation, our culture, and replace it with a Marxist orthodoxy. “Any sensible citizen, no matter how strongly they might feel about racism, will stay at home and protest in another way, keeping in mind that’s what we did on ANZAC Day. “We stood on our doorstep, or at the end of the driveway, and showed our solidarity and support for our veterans in a manner that did not prejudice the health of our fellow Australians but still made a very poignant point for the benefit of our veteran community.” Mr Abetz said nothing would change if the protests were postponed even four weeks, or undertaken in a different manner. “Surely its not beyond the wit of those that are genuinely concerned about racism, to be able to show that support and concern in a manner other than defying medical authorities and the law and order authorities,” he said.

People are entitled to think there is an ‘agenda to destroy western society’: Alan Jones

SkyNews Australia

Sky News host Alan Jones says with militant protests on the streets, freedom of speech being destroyed, and a virus “ripping the guts out of the economy,” people are entitled to think there is an agenda to destroy western society. “You are not about to dive into a coffin if you test positive,” Mr Jones said. It comes as five million Victorians remain under lockdown as the state grapples with a out -of-control-second wave of COVID-19, while the treasurer’s economic update on Thursday outlined a grim economic reality. Victoria has recorded 403 new COVID-19 cases, along with five new deaths in the past 24 hours taking the state’s total active cases to more than 3,800. “Is this a pandemic or an exercise in gross irresponsibility by the Victorian government,” Mr Jones said. “Everyone in a facemask, everyone to be tested, everyone to be frightened out of their wits. “With militant protests on the street, monuments and statues being knocked down, freedom of speech being destroyed, people terrified to speak out, unhinged snarling human pit bulls frightening the tripe out of people. And now a virus, ripping the guts out of the economy. “You would be entitled to think there is an agenda out there comprehensively determined to destroy Western society as we know it.”

Australians are living in ‘a society overtaken by fear’: Alan Jones

Sky News Australia
Australians are living in a society overtaken by a fear which has been cultivated by the nation’s political response to something which is "not a pandemic" according to Sky News host Alan Jones. “Do these politicians have any idea what they are doing,” Mr Jones said. “Do they understand they are hurting the very people they say they are trying to help”. Mr Jones said he is sick and tired of hearing the “monotonous repetition” of the latest number of people who have tested positive to coronavirus around the nation. “The reality is, in 129 days since this alarmism began, we have had 126 deaths in Australia”. Mr Jones also said the response by Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews to the virus has been “woeful and alarming”. “No one can explain why we did not, from the outset, focus on people at risk”.

One country is 'without question' the most successful in fighting COVID-19: Bolt

Sky News Australia

Sky News host Andrew Bolt says he has been amazed by the fact almost no one is paying attention to the country which has “without question” been the most successful in fighting the coronavirus. “It's Taiwan, about our population but just seven deaths,” Mr Bolt said. Mr Bolt said one no one is noticing Taiwan’s results is because it is banned from the World Health Organisation. “It does not exist because China insists it does not,” he said. Mr Bolt spoke with Professor Hsiu-Hsi Tony Chen from the National Taiwan University about the low number of deaths in the country.  "

Face masks turn us into voiceless submissives - and it's not science forcing us to wear them, it's politics

Why is this frenzy taking place?
Here is a clue. On July 12, Deborah Cohen, the medical correspondent of BBC2's Newsnight, revealed an astonishing thing. The World Health Organisation (WHO) had reversed its advice on face masks, from 'don't wear them' to 'do wear them'.
But the key fact was that it had not done so because of scientific information – the evidence had not backed the wearing of face coverings – but because of political lobbying.
She revealed on Twitter that: 'We had been told by various sources [that the] WHO committee reviewing the evidence had not backed masks but they recommended them due to political lobbying.' She said the BBC had then put this to the WHO, which did not deny it.
In March, the WHO had said: 'There is currently no evidence that wearing a mask (whether medical or other types) by healthy persons in the wider community setting, including universal community masking, can protect them from infection with respiratory viruses, including Covid-19.'
The American TV news channel CNN reported on March 31 that Mike Ryan, executive director of the WHO health emergencies programme, had said at a briefing in Geneva: 'There is no specific evidence to suggest that the wearing of masks by the mass population has any potential benefit.
'In fact, there's some evidence to suggest the opposite in the misuse of wearing a mask properly or fitting it properly.'
Findings are now also pouring in which suggest that a horribly high number of the excess deaths during the last few months were not caused by Covid, but by people failing to seek treatment for heart attacks, strokes and cancer.

Why no-one can ever recover from COVID-19 in England – a statistical anomaly

cebm.net

Here, it seems that PHE regularly looks for people on the NHS database who have ever tested positive, and simply checks to see if they are still alive or not. PHE does not appear to consider how long ago the COVID test result was, nor whether the person has been successfully treated in hospital and discharged to the community. Anyone who has tested COVID positive but subsequently died at a later date of any cause will be included on the PHE COVID death figures.
By this PHE definition, no one with COVID in England is allowed to ever recover from their illness. A patient who has tested positive, but successfully treated and discharged from hospital, will still be counted as a COVID death even if they had a heart attack or were run over by a bus three months later."

NHS Consultant Says Staff Are Being Silenced Over COVID-19

ZeroHedge
n my opinion, and that of many of my colleagues, there has been no Covid Pandemic, certainly not in the Surrey region and I have heard from other colleagues this picture is the same throughout the country. Our hospital would normally expect to see around 350,000 out patients a year. Around 95,000 patients are admitted to hospital in a normal year and we would expect to see around a similar figure, perhaps 100,000 patients pass through our A&E department.
In the months from March to June (inclusive) we would normally expect to see 100,000 out patients, around 30,000 patients admitted to hospital and perhaps 30,000 pass through A&E. This year (and these figures are almost impossible to get hold of) we are over 95% down on all those numbers. In effect, the hospital has been pretty much empty for that entire period.
The fact is that regardless of what you actually die of in hospital, it is likely that Covid-19 will feature on your death certificate. I have included with my statement the detailed published guidance from Government on Death Certification which shows how Covid-19, as a factor is encouraged to at least feature on a death certificate.
Remember Covid-19 itself can not kill. What kills is complications from the virus, typically pneumonia like symptoms. These complications are in reality incredibly rare but have featured and a large amount of death certificates issued in recent months. As long as Covid-19 appears on a death certificate, that death is counted as Covid-19 in the figures released by the ONS and PHE.
I genuinely believe that many death certificates, especially amongst the older 65+ demographic have been fraudulently completed so as to be counted as Covid-19 deaths when in reality Covid-19 complications did not cause the death."

Ricky Gervais Exposes The "Two Catastrophic Problems With The Term 'Hate Speech'"

Zerohedge
Outspoken British comedian Ricky Gervais has once again exposed, in his usual direct manner, the escalating use of the term "hate speech" to crush any dissenting view from the mainstream narratives has unleashed "a new weird sort of fascism."
Critically, Gervais sees two catastrophic problems with the term ‘hate speech’:
"One, what constitutes hate speech? Everyone disagrees. There’s no consensus on what hate speech is.”
Two, who decides? And there’s the real rub because obviously the people who think they want to close down free speech because it’s bad are the fascists. It’s a really weird, mixed-up idea that these people hide behind a shield of goodness."
Additionally, 'The Office' star points out that “social media amplifies everything."

How SAGE and the UK media created fear in the British public

evidencenotfear.com

Government persuasion through fear

A key part of SPI-B’s behavioural change strategy that seems to have been adopted was to ‘persuade through fear.’ The Persuasion section of the document states:
A substantial number of people still do not feel sufficiently personally threatened.
Clearly, the psychologists felt that, as of late March, the public was still not afraid of COVID-19. It therefore suggested that the government increase the level of fear:
The perceived level of personal threat needs to be increased among those who are complacent, using hard-hitting emotional messaging."

The document is freely downloadable on the gov.uk website in a page titled, “Research and analysis – Options for increasing adherence to social distancing measures, 22 March 2020“.
We encourage you to read the document, compare it with your observations about how the government and media has acted, then make up your own mind.

CONFIRMED! The Absolute SCIENCE Behind MASKS And The PROOF THAT THEY DON’T WORK

YouTube
Wearing a mask may soon be mandatory depending on where you live and this is causing a debate about whether or not masks are actually effective when it comes to protecting your health during a pandemic. Multiple studies have now concluded that masks are not only ineffective but they in fact offer a disadvantage to those who choose to wear them. In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth speaks with Denis Rancourt a PHD and former professor of physics at the University of Ottawa about a paper he wrote titled “Masks Don’t Work: A Review of Science Relevant to COVID-19 Social Policy” to discuss the science behind masks, why they don’t work and how society should handle this highly contentious issue moving forward."

What it feels like to be CANCELLED: It's the mob's weapon of choice - trying to take away their victim's livelihood

Daily Mail
The Chinese used to have a brutal remedy for those who transgressed the teachings of Chairman Mao. The rebels were dragged to so-called 'struggle sessions' where they were subjected to vicious abuse from an audience of true believers. Offenders who failed to give grovelling apologies for their misguided views were, at the very least, shunned by society. In other words, 'cancelled'.
Toby Young, founder of the Free Speech Union, who receives daily requests from people who have been – or fear they will be – 'cancelled', compares the prevailing atmosphere to some of history's darkest episodes. 'What's disturbing about cancel culture is that we've seen it so many times before – in 17th Century Salem, in Paris after the French Revolution, in America during the McCarthy era, in China in the 1960s,' he said. 'It's as if a group of people are re-enacting some of the worst moments in human history, but because they're not actually killing anyone they think it's okay.'

Appeasing China hasn't worked - I urge Boris Johnson to emulate Winston Churchill by leading the West in facing Beijing down over its attempts to conceal the Covid-19 pandemic

Daily Mail
Any notion that China can be trusted must surely have been dispelled following its initial – and disastrous – attempts to conceal the Covid-19 pandemic.
If it transpires that the virus began its spread as a result of negligence in a Wuhan laboratory, it can only strengthen calls to temper China’s reach and influence.
For despite endless promises of transparency and reform, China has shunned international accountability. It seeks superpower status but repudiates freedom, democracy and the rule of law.
Appeasing China has not worked. And that is why today, just as Churchill stood up to Stalin in 1946, Boris Johnson should take a stand and urge the West to face down President Xi Jinping’s cynical aggression."

Forget face masks and fear

Daily Mail
Every day I still see unhappy, frightened people cringing from human contact. They have been terrified almost out of their minds by foolish government propaganda, and the most basic trust, the very heart of civilisation, has been destroyed. This is another side of savage, unforgivably cruel rules which have prevented grandparents from touching their grandchildren, or forbidden people to visit close relatives, even spouses, in their dying weeks.
Millions of us know this is all the most appalling rubbish, based on wild, wrong guesses and twisted figures, and one day soon I hope an icy public inquiry will condemn those responsible for the grave, incompetents they are.  ........Since the only other way for this madness to end is for Mr Johnson to admit he made a terrible mistake, which is hardly likely, I offer this as a serious, if slow, route out of our dangerous and damaging national madness. In return for it, even I am prepared to submit to tracking and tracing while the experiment lasts."

Racial division is being sown in the name of anti-racism

Spectator
The consequences of this toxic, racialised agenda are counter-productive and serious. We are all being divided by tactics and narratives many of us know to be untrue:
  • By splitting society into black lives or white lives, racial identity is being used to define who we all are and how we should fight injustice, as opposed to building a united movement to improve life for everyone.
  • Those who favour the identity-based politics of grievance and academic critical race theory are redefining racism. The achievements of civil rights movements in the past – that effected positive material impacts on the lives of ethnic minorities and increased equal treatment – are now being denied and undermined by those who claim racism is on the rise.
  • Demands that millions of people accept uncritically a prescriptive ‘white privilege’ agenda or be dubbed ignorant, racist or in denial is creating new tensions.
  • Under soulless acronyms such as BAME and POC, all ethnic minorities are robbed of individual agency, and assumed to be victims of injustice.
  • Free speech is being eroded by a McCarthyite culture of conformity in which to question the new dogma means to risk one’s livelihood and reputation.
Calls for the wholesale destruction of historical statues, symbols and works of art are fuelling an unhealthy war against the past and stirring up culture wars in the present.

An obsessive focus on the impact of colonialism threatens to turn history into a morality tale, rather than a complex, three-dimensional understanding of the past.
The common conflation of the issue of race in the US with the UK (in relation to criminal justice, for example) is unhelpful as it makes it difficult to discuss our specific historical circumstances and the contemporary challenges we face."

Speak out now to expose the divisive ‘anti-racist’ fanatics

CW
The football backlash came on Tuesday night, as Sky Sports pundits Jamie Redknapp and Patrice Evra ditched their BLM badges, along with host Kelly Cates and commentator Gary Neville when they went on air. The move followed a series of tweets by the UK branch of BLM which criticised Israel and called on the Government to ‘defund the police’.
Since Premier League soccer resumed, teams have worn shirts emblazoned with the BLM name and ‘taken the knee’ before matches, to the dismay of many supporters.
The league has now made clear it ‘does not endorse any political organisation or movement, nor support any group that calls for violence or condones illegal activity.’ Top-flight club captains are reportedly considering whether to make a public statement on the issue.  …"

Now the proof is out there: This disaster of a lockdown has harmed, not helped

CW
It’s well past time the Government and the country overcame their disproportionate fear of this virus, that has put our lives on hold for months and trashed our economy and many livelihoods.
The 59,187 excess deaths in England and Wales during the epidemic period are a real tragedy, but in the scheme of things they are of the same order as other similar epidemics in previous years. The figure is almost identical, for example, to the death toll of the 1999-2000 flu season, once adjusted for population. Furthermore, there were around 12,000 non-Covid excess deaths during the height of the epidemic this year, most of which may be attributable to lockdown conditions. So 2020 may even have come out better than 1999-2000 had we not taken the unprecedented step of confining the population to their homes. The age profile of those who die with Covid-19 is almost identical to natural mortality, meaning it remains to be seen how many excess deaths 2020 will have by the end of the year after a period of presumably below-average mortality. Lockdown proponents, of course, will say it would have been much worse if we hadn’t done anything, just as they claim we can expect a deadly second wave since we are a long way from collective immunity. However, there is no evidence that lockdowns and social distancing had any discernible impact on outcomes, with no relationship appearing in the data between the timing and strictness of measures adopted in different countries or states and the overall death toll or the shape of the curve."
