Biden Calls on the Mob

 American Thinker

The Dems decided they needed a little presidential revival before the midterms to fire up their base -- which isn’t looking very motivated at the moment. They gave President Gremlin a few days of vacation to rest up, a couple of shots of Adderall to switch on long-dormant brain cells, and a few hits of oxygen so he could walk out onto the stage without collapsing.   ......

Looking at the trajectory of our country over the past 14 years shows that we are approaching a fork in the road. The mob that Joe Biden represents has:

These things would have been unthinkable in America prior to 2008. Now they are part of our political fabric. Joe Biden, via what he does and doesn’t say, is calling for more of it. It is not hyperbole to say the obvious -- we are nearing our last chance for patriotic Americans to stand up, be heard, and stop this nonsense.

The malaise speech signified the end of Jimmy Carter’s presidency. Here’s to hoping that Joe Biden’s hate speech marks the end of his."

A Window on the Orwellian Dystopia of America

 American Thinker

The intensity of leftist thought tyranny project has exploded in years, and continues to startle us. It has been explained quite well by a computer whiz named  David Rozado, now a professor of computer science in New Zealand, on the pages of the Journal Academic Questions, published by a conservative association of Academics, the National Association of Scholars.

Dr. Rozado is, in effect, studying the structure of a PsyOps project on a wide scale.  Rozado writes an incredibly important research paper on memes and themes in academic and popular literature -- how our Orwellian world is being created and people are taught what to think and what to consider important. He does it by way of technology that reminds me of Lexis on steroids.   .....All three of these men, Rozado, Groseclose, and Epstein are treasures for anyone trying to assess the Gramscian march through the institutions and the successes of the progressive leftist oligarchs in politics."

The True Cost of Student Loans

American Thinker

The cancellation of student debt has echoes of two other unwise political decisions, one made by a Republican President, the other by a Democrat President.  ......The losers will be the American taxpayer.  They will now have to pay off the loans of unemployable liberals at the inflated prices set by liberal colleges.  Given that as things stand there is already $1.75 trillion in student debt, how much worse will it get after Biden’s announcement? One thing is for sure is that we will all pay for it, in more ways than one.

Intersecting Globalist Agendas: CBDCs

 ZeroHedge

CBDC

Central bank digital currency. Think centralised, consolidated power, but with infinite digital ‘printing’ of money, real-time monitoring of all transactions, everywhere, all at once, all of the time.

Imagine programmable money that ‘expires’ if you don’t consume fast enough as a consumer.

Imagine being locked out of your digital wallet for not being a good citizen, for eating too unhealthily, for criticising the government online, for running a red light, or for not taking the latest experimental gene therapy…

A vast swathe of countries are jumping onboard this bullet train, that has a final destination of total monetary enslavement, dictating the extent to which an individual can partake in everyday society.

Absolute control over what you are able to spend your ‘money’ on, where you are able to spend it, how often you are granted spending ‘indulgences’ like coffee and cheeseburgers, all tied up in a nice little bow of social credit score ratings and carbon footprint tracking.

Sweden are rolling out their own social credit system hailed as a “modern public rewards system” (suggest using brave browser with mate translate chrome extension or other).

Italy launches a system similar to the Chinese regime that gives points to those who have ‘virtuous behaviours’.

Biden Personally Denied Trump’s Privilege Claim, Authorizing FBI Raid on Mar-a-Lago

 ZeroHedge

...

"We have requested the ability to review the documents," Corcoran wrote to both NARA and White House Deputy Counsel on April 29. “We would respectfully request that you restrict access to the documents until we have had the opportunity to review the documents and to consult with President Donald J. Trump so that he may personally make any decision to assert a claim of constitutionally based privilege.”

According to Just the News, “Wall informed Corcoran that she had the blessing of Biden to overrule those privilege claims and share all materials requested by the DOJ and FBI.”

From the letter: "The Counsel to the President has informed me that, in light of the particular circumstances presented here, President Biden defers to my determination, in consultation with the Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Counsel, regarding whether or not I should uphold the former President's purported 'protective assertion of executive privilege,'" Wall wrote. "... I have therefore decided not to honor the former President's 'protective' claim of privilege." .......

A quick reminder that when Hillary Clinton was subpoenaed and asked to produce the contents of her private email server, her response was far from compliant. She denied ever having received a subpoena, told the FBI she could not locate any of the requested 13 mobile devices, deleted 33,000 emails from her personal server, and joked about all of this publicly! Somehow this behavior did not result in a search warrant and raid of her summer home in Chappaqua, NY.

Can you imagine if Trump had burned the documents after learning of the subpoena and claimed to have ‘misplaced’ them? He’d be behind bars already."

President Trump is Our ‘Canary in the Coal Mine’

American Thinker

Over a century ago, scientist John Scott Haldane, recognizing the danger of carbon monoxide in coal mines, introduced the use of pet canaries as an early warning system for miners.  The concept caught on quickly, and for three quarters of a century, coal miners would come to trust their pet "canary in the coal mine" as their potential lifesaver: carbon monoxide would kill the bird first, giving the men time to escape the mine before the deadly gas could get them, too.

Former President Donald J. Trump is the Republican Party's canary.

In the "pandemic year" of 2020, Democrat bureaucrats across the country took advantage of public fears of Covid-19 to scare millions of people out of the traditional American election practice: in person, at a polling place, where each voter could at least potentially undergo an identity check as protection against vote fraud.

In 2020, numerous state, county, and city governments authorized such corruptible concepts as mass mail-in ballots, unguarded non-mail public drop boxes, and virtually unlimited ballot harvesting. .....There have been a host of election process investigations since November, 2020, when Donald Trump, who won 74 million popular votes, was declared to have lost to Joe Biden's alleged 81 million, in a total purported voting population of 158 million.  This would be an increase of 22 million over the turnout in 2016, in a country in which the only significant population demographic that's increasing is that of non-citizens. It is statistically dubious, leading to the logical conclusion that a lot of those votes, certainly millions if not tens of millions, were fabricated.   .....

With the 2020 election, everything was exposed.  The tools used against Donald Trump, from 2000 real mules to 20,000 fictional hobos, smacked of desperation.  They succeeded, but at great cost: they replaced incumbent Donald Trump with a basement-dwelling dementia patient who couldn't fill a New Hampshire diner let alone a stadium rally.  The canary in the coal mine - the Trump presidency - was extinguished.

But there is a value to that canary.  In the coal mine, the loss of the canary was a warning, a beacon to everyone else around.  It warned them of the danger that could quickly defeat them as well if they didn't act with urgency."

The Elite Panic of 2022

 CJ

What terrifies elites is the loss of their cultural monopoly in the face of a foretold political disaster. They fear diversity of any kind, with good cause: to the extent that the public enjoys a variety of choices in cultural products, elite control will be proportionately diluted.

Our cultural monolith, never popular, is today pounded by crosscurrents that undermine its solidity. Alongside the vast progressive choir, quieter voices—conservative, libertarian, religious, none-of-the-above—could soon arise, leaving our culture more fractured, more divided, and more representative of the nation as a whole. If that were to occur, sullen elites will point to 2022’s springtime of discontent, and remark, with typical vehemence, that their panic was fully justified.!

Desperately disqualifying Donald

 American Thinker

All the Democrats’ horses and all the Democrats’ men have spent the last seven years doing their worst to make Donald Trump unelectable. First, a special counsel was appointed to rid them of President Trump. Two separate impeachments without convictions followed. The fondest hope of the infamous Great Reset was to separate him from national leadership. When Trump followers protested the very questionable election of 2020, his opponents called it an insurrection and accused Trump of being the ringleader. On August 8, 2022, a day that will live in MAGA infamy, 30 FBI agents raided President Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago, seizing documents. Guess how many times this has been done before to a former president? Never!  "

Mar-a-Lago should become a byword for government overreach

 American Thinker

Leaving aside valid questions about whether the materials in question were classified or declassified, the raid on Mar-a-Lago is certainly not justified, as Donald Trump and his legal advisors seem to have been cooperating with the National Archives to ensure that Presidential Records remained under federal government control, starkly in contrast with how the Clinton family has handled such records over decades.   .....Does anyone in the punditry or the FBI care to explain what truly happened from January 21, 2009, through and after February 1, 2013, when Hillary Clinton certainly mishandled classified information as Bill Clinton and Chelsea Clinton directed the affairs of a purported “foundation,” all the while reaping millions of dollars for themselves and even more for Democrat political campaigns?"

Strange time to order a raid

 American Thinker

My guess is that a decision of this type was made very close to the Oval Office if not President Biden himself.  It's hard to believe that a local FBI office would take such a risk over documents that may or may not be found."

Donald Trump Must Be The 2024 Republican Nominee

 American Thinker

Supposedly, President Trump improperly took with him various documents that were classified or subject to the Federal Records Act. This would make him guilty of violating 18 U.S.C. § 2071. This would then make him ineligible to run in 2024. But that’s a pipe dream. 18 U.S.C. § 2071 does not apply to the Presidency. The paper I just cited was written to answer Republican vapors about disqualifying Hillary Clinton in the email scandal. But we’re not done.

President Trump, as the ultimate classification authority, has the unquestionable authority to declassify anything he wants to declassify. If he says it’s no longer a secret, nobody can question it. And, as the President, he doesn’t have to file any papers with anyone to do it......The supposedly confidential papers stolen from Trump’s safe are not subject to the Federal Records Act because they are copies of papers that exist in other places. And by definition, if the President removes them from the White House to another place, they are no longer classified. His action, taken before the new occupant was sworn in, was completely lawful. The act of removing them from a SCIF (Secure Compartmented Information Facility, e.g. the White House) by the only person lawfully empowered to do so, is not subject to prosecution. But the insane Left will use it as a way to declare him unfit........Ultimately, we must consider why the Left is so obsessed with Donald Trump. It’s certainly not because he violated any laws.  .....The raid on Mar-a-Lago is the act of a set of political actors who have no regard for the law, and who serve the god of big government. They pray daily that they will be seated in positions of power where they can prove their self-importance to their deity. None of them have the slightest concern for real Americans who actually work to provide for their families after the demigods in DC have extracted their pound (or three) of flesh."

Trump is running

 American Thinker

Within hours of the FBI having raided Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home, Trump’s Truth Social Account posted a video that’s absolutely magnificent. It’s also manifestly a campaign video. I’m betting it was prepared for a formal announcement from Trump that he was running, but it was apparent to everyone that it needed to be published immediately.  .......So, the big question after watching this video is whether Trump should run. We have two essays running today arguing that Trump should indeed run: (1) Donald Trump Must Be The 2024 Republican Nominee, by Ted Noel, and (2) History is calling Donald Trump, by M.B. Mathews. If you haven’t yet read them, I highly recommend that you do so."

The Corruption of the World Health Organization (WHO)

 American Thinker

Did the World Health Organization follow public health principles when recommending the global Covid-19 response?

  • Was the WHO-recommended response to Covid-19 in line with the WHO’s own constitution and its own pandemic preparedness plans?
  • Was the WHO guided by science or by private corporate interests?

Ultimately, is the WHO suitable as an agency and global authority when it comes to public health?

The World Health Organization’s own constitution states that “informed opinion and active co-operation on the part of the public are of the utmost importance in the improvement of the health of the people.”

Yet, informed consent, which includes the right to say “no” to the vaccine, was essentially non-existent as companies, schools and governmental institutions coerced people into taking the jab.

Repeatedly, scientists, doctors and other health care workers who attempted to inform the public about alternative treatment options for Covid were censored, punished, and given a pariah status that still exists to this day.

Were non-pharmaceutical interventions [such as masks] deployed during the Covid-19 pandemic in line with the 2019 WHO pandemic management recommendations?

The overwhelming answer is “not even close.”   .........

After all, despite data showing the low lethality of the virus, the World Health Organization “did not adjust its recommendations to apply the principle of proportionality throughout the pandemic.”

In addition, outright fabrications were disseminated by the WHO.  In March 2020, the WHO declared SARS-CoV-2 as an entirely novel virus.  In actuality, “SARS-CoV-2 is not entirely novel.  It is a new member of the coronavirus family, closely related to the SARS-CoV virus which caused the SARS disease in 2003.”   .........

Perhaps most damning of all is that the WHO disregarded emerging evidence on potentially effective early treatments for Covid-19 and actively recommended against their use.  It “advised against the use of ivermectin to treat patients and limited its use to clinical trials despite promising evidence for its effectiveness and safety in treating Covid-19.”

How many lives would have been saved had the WHO not suppressed the use of life-saving drugs?"

Republicans attack Matt Walsh for telling the truth about slavery

 American Thinker

One of the most pernicious things that has happened recently in America is the 1619 Project, an error-riddled "history" of the United States that presents our nation as one predicated solely on the evils of African slavery, beginning when Europeans first set foot on North American soil.  This original sin, says the 1619 Project, tainted everything that followed.  Therefore, only racists can love America.  Obviously, Democrats embraced this history, but, when commentator Matt Walsh discussed the larger history of world slavery, he learned that some Republicans don't want the truth to be put out there, either.  ....Sean Wilentz is a very progressive Princeton professor but is also someone whose passion for American history means he cannot lie about it, so he has attacked the 1619 Project on factual grounds (see here and here).  His critiques make for illuminating reading.  The short version is that The 1619 Project is factually wrong from top to bottom and front to back.  (You can see my friend Wolf Howling's summary of Wilentz's arguments here.)   ......And regarding those angry Republicans, I also have a point to make: they're dead wrong that it's a mistake to bring actual history to the fore.  The entire purpose behind the 1619 Project and Critical Race Theory is to make Black Americans hate White Americans.  The initiatives do that by falsely claiming that America was uniquely horrible when it came to slaves.     ....The only way to push back against this foul narrative is with the truth.  Until Black Americans know the entire truth, they will continue to hate America and hate Whites.  Only when they appreciate that their ancestors were an unfortunate part of a universal historical story — and that America marked the end of that story — can they reconcile to America and break with the racially toxic Democrat party."

When Joe caved to Joe: The real Manchin con

 American Thinker

So, the actual Manchin con doesn’t really concern his deal with Schumer; it doesn’t even concern anything effected mainly by Manchin. It’s this: the most left-wing Democrats (Sandy Cortez and the Squad et al.) and mainstream media squealing about how he’s really a Republican when he bucks them on some radical legislation — and elated but naïve Republicans chiming in and heroizing him — and all of them together effecting the illusion that he really is, in practice, a “moderate” or “conservative” Democrat.

Then the good people of W.Va. can vote for Manchin the next time around, secure in the illusion that he’s like their granddaddy’s Democrat — and oblivious to how they’re electing an 80-percent Pelosi."

The Covid ‘Vaccine’ Scam

 American Thinker

“Emergency Use Authorization” (EUA) came into prominence with the “Right to Try” law.  This law was another way for patients who had been diagnosed with life-threatening diseases, who had tried all approved treatment options and who were unable to participate in a clinical trial, to access certain unapproved treatments.

What is the difference between FDA Approval and Emergency Use Authorization?

“FDA Approval” from the Food and Drug Administration is an independent, scientifically reviewed approval for medical products, drugs and vaccines.  Approval is based on substantial clinical data and evidence, the product is deemed safe, effective and able to be produced within federal quality standards.  Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) is a mechanism used by the FDA to facilitate making products available quickly during a public health emergency, when there is no other adequate and approved medical product available

....What is the difference between an EUA “vaccine” under President Trump and the same one under President Biden?  One was available and the other became mandatory.  ......

Consider there was no vaccine for HIV after 40 years of research.  There were no vaccines for cancer after 100 years of research.  No vaccines for a coronavirus—the common cold or some derivative which historically lasts two years before dying out—such as SARS and MERS.  And yet when a mysterious deadly coronavirus from China appeared on America’s shores, within a year we not only have a “COVID-19 vaccine” but a “vaccine” found by four pharmaceutical companies within a week—with new technology that you will be impressed with.  But there is a catch: we cannot ask any questions, like asking your doctor if 32 pages of side effects is right for you.

The unvaccinated wanted to know what’s in the “vaccines.”  Are they inactivated vaccines or attenuated vaccines?  No one knows because there are no documents to attest the EUA concoctions are Wuhan wet market sewer water or the biological equivalent of the FDA Approved vaccine or something else, like mRNA.  It is revealing that the pharmaceutical companies have been unwilling to reveal the contents of their mRNA EUA “vaccines.”  They want to wait 75 years before telling anyone.  Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of the mRNA technology said the vaccine is gene therapy. "
