Norway's
immigration minister has announced that refugees who exploited a legal
loophole to enter the country on bikes will have to return to Russia. As
many as 5,500 asylum seekers made the perilous Arctic crossing using
cheap bikes to travel through the Storskog crossing last year. Norway
has agreed to lay on a bus service back to Russia following concerns
over the risks for the migrants walking and cycling back in the winter
temperatures."
