Mr Torossian added: ‘The sky is the limit for the two of them.’ Until
now, Harry’s senior royal status has prevented him from making money
from his celebrity. He and Meghan have complained on their new website
that they are ‘prohibited from earning any income’. As with all the
royals, the precise details of how they fund their lavish lifestyles are
kept opaque. But some sources of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s
wealth are known....... She made six-figure sums for various film roles and about £60,000 a year
endorsing products while running her lifestyle blog, The Tig. She also
owns property in Toronto. But all this could be small-fry compared with
the global money-spinning opportunities that lie ahead. PR guru Mark
Borkowski, who has worked with TV stars Noel Edmonds and Graham Norton,
said: ‘They will make a fortune. I think around the world people will be
falling over to get brand connections with them.’

Her Majesty deserves better than this and you don't have to be an ardent royalist to be thoroughly disgusted
Daily Mail
Same goes for Meghan Markle
— shorn of her royal connections, she’d be just another obscure
actress. Be honest, hands up if you’d ever heard of her before she got
her hooks into Harry?
Me, neither. Apparently, her big break was holding the briefcase on the U.S. version of Deal Or No Deal.
She
was also in something called Suits, which peaked at two million viewers
on an American cable channel — just over 0.6 per cent of the available
audience.
So she wasn’t even a
household name in her homeland. In Britain, Suits went out on Dave —
best known for showing endless repeats of Top Gear.
It is her relationship with the Prince which propelled her to international celebrity, not her unremarkable TV career. "
Twelve steps to Megxit: How Meghan and Harry felt apart from the Firm...
Daily Mail
And finally, the deepest cut of them all...
Just two
weeks into the New Year and newly-arrived ‘home’ from a six-week
overseas holiday, comes the most seismic punch of all: Meghan and Harry
dramatically announce they are stepping down as senior royals,
apparently without telling his grandmother (the Queen), father (Prince
Charles) or brother (Prince William).
They
even conspired to create a new website independent of the Royal Family,
apparently without the knowledge of their UK-based Press team."
Prince William told Harry to heed his mother Diana's warning not to marry in haste - and then the rift began: reveal how the closest of brotherly bonds soured over Meghan
Daily Mail
Further tension in the lead-up to the
event threatened to spill over after Meghan insisted she be allowed to
choose a tiara once worn by Diana. This time it was the Queen who said
no and instead allowed Meghan to wear the diamond lozenge bandeau made
for Queen Mary in 1932.
Meghan accepted
the Queen’s decision. But it seriously upset Harry and provoked his
emotional outburst ‘what Meghan wants, Meghan gets’."
Meghan and Harry REFUSE to name the mystery 'Russian billionaire' who loaned them $14 million holiday mansion
Daily Mail
The latest disclosure comes amid their
bombshell decision to quit their royal duties and split their time
between the UK and North America. That
decision was announced after spending more than two weeks over
Christmas and New Year at Mille Fleurs, a $14 million seafront home
close to Victoria, British Columbia. Five
neighbors, a former colleague of the realtor who last sold the mansion,
and a friend of the former owner all told DailyMail.com the current
owner is a Russian businessman. Some said he is a billionaire. Meghan
and Harry were introduced to the mystery owner by David Foster, a
friend of the owner. Foster's wife Katherine McPhee was a school friend
of the Duchess of Sussex."
....As well as drawing the ire of transparency
campaigners, the cost of Harry and Meghan's vacation has irked some
Canadian taxpayers.
At least four Royal
Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) officers were assigned to the couple's
24-hour protection unit, at an estimated cost of at least $240,000.
According
to 2016 figures, RCMP sergeants earn $99,790 to $102,775 CAD, and
DailyMail.com understands that the force assigned enough officers to
give the royals a four-man 24-hour support unit for their six-week stay
in Canada. Travel, overtime and other costs would have been on top.
An
RCMP spokeswoman said: 'For security reasons, the RCMP does not
disclose the number of police personnel assigned to work during this
type of visit.
'Security costs for
protection of visiting members of the Royal Family while in Canada are
covered through the existing operational budget. For security reasons,
we cannot provide a detailed breakdown of these costs.'

- He receives around £2.3 million from the grant which could be pulled away

The HRH egos have landed: That’s the devastating verdict from Diana’s private secretary, who argues Harry and Meghan have let rocket-fuelled vanity triumph over duty
Daily Mail
The Sussexes’ path was particularly bumpy in 2019 as their post-wedding popularity dwindled alarmingly.
The
causes were mostly self-inflicted. How else to describe the slippery
handling of news around Archie’s birth; virtue-signalling about climate
change while continuing to emit tons of CO2, much of it from private
jets; pleading victim status while enjoying the trappings of royal
privilege to the hilt; or jeopardising the national interest by
announcing a major legal action against the Press during an official
visit to South Africa?"
how the Queen was forced to phone Harry to ask his Xmas plans, how Palace aides pleaded with him to be patient... and the rage as royals learned the truth from TV
Daily Mail
It was early November when the call came through to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's taxpayer-funded home, Frogmore Cottage, at Windsor. On the line, unusually, was the Queen.
It
is important to stress from the start of this insight into what has
unfolded over the past 48 hours that the monarch doesn't just call
anyone, not even her own family. They call her.
But the 93-year-old felt that she had no choice.
Since no one else could get any sense out of her brooding grandson, not even his own father, she had decided to try herself."

So much for being financially INDEPENDENT! UK taxpayers will still pay Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's '£600,000 security and £130,000 travel costs' while they will get £2.3m-a-year from Prince Charles' Duchy
Daily Mail
- Meghan Markle and Prince Harry said they are 'stepping back' from their duties
- They also claim to be losing access to Sovereign Grant shared by the Queen
- But if they continue royal duties their travel is covered from £83million pot
- They also receive £2m-plus from Prince Charles, who now faces a big decision
- Couple and their son Archie require 24/7 police bodyguards costing £600k
- Refurbishment on Frogmore Cottage cost £2.4m - but work is still not finished
The couple have launched a new website, registered in March 2019 and developed secretly in Toronto, and it announced their desire to achieve 'financial independence' - but critics have branded this impossible.- Harry and Meghan say they will still 'proudly' carry out official overseas visits in support of the Queen, which are also covered by the Sovereign Grant. In the last financial year they claimed £130,000 for travel costs, including £80,000 alone for their trip to Australia, New Zealand and Pacific islands such as Tonga and Fiji at the end of 2018.And they are also demanding to keep their publicly-funded private protection officers costing up to £1million-a-year and paid for by the Home Office.
The 10 critical questions left unanswered by Harry and Meghan Markle's bizarre announcement
Daily Mail
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's
bombshell announcement that they are 'stepping back' as senior royals
shocked the world and left the Palace 'deeply disappointed.'
The extraordinary statement, released without consulting the Queen, Prince Charles and Prince William, set out their plans for the future, telling how they want to 'carve out a progressive new role within this institution.'
Royal
aides said they had pressed the 'nuclear button' making their
intentions known in the six paragraph declaration posted on their new
sussexroyal.com website just days after returning from a six-week break
in Canada with their son Archie.
Sources
said they spent weeks 'secretly plotting ' their decision during their
trip, in what one insider branded a 'staggering level of deceit.'
'They will be punished for this': Furious royal aides warn of backlash against Prince Harry and Meghan Markle
Daily Mail
The Duchess of Cambridge's 38th birthday
was completely eclipsed today after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex quit
as senior royals having defied the Queen's plea to delay announcing
their 'nuclear' plans.
Courtiers have
warned that 'Harry and Meghan will be punished' for
ignoring crystal-clear orders from Her Majesty not to go public until
the proposal was finalised by senior family members including his
father.
Prince Charles and Prince William were
both said to be left 'incandescent with rage' after learning about the
Sussexes' announcement just 10 minutes before it was published on the
couple's own Instagram page - followed by the roll-out of a slick new
website secretly set up 10 months ago.
The
fallout saw crisis talks held today between senior royals at Kensington
Palace, where members of the family had already gathered to celebrate
the Duchess of Cambridge's 38th birthday, with their decision branded a
'declaration of war' on Harry's family.
